Mark, the founder and director of Trevone Practice Building Solutions has spent five years developing effective dental practice management systems & tactics based on real life situations.
He is an ex-NHS Education Scotland Dental Manager VT trainer, has a PDA in Dental Practice Management, a University Certificate in Education a background in University Teaching & Training and is a Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management.

The programme blends real-life, rock face practice management experience, with key elements of management theory and practice to equip current and aspiring practice managers with the tools they need to add value to the businesses that they manage and to take them forward in a professional manner. Topics covered include:
Leadership, Management, Teams, Recruitment, HR, Communication, Time Management, Training, Operational Systems, Marketing, Customer Service, Complaints; Measurement, Compliance, Clinical Governance, Project, Risk & Change Management, Finance & Money.
Sessions will blend presentations, group work and discussion in an informal, supportive, safe and lively adult learning environment where you will have the opportunity to develop the answers to key questions and learn from the experiences of others. Additionally there will be guest speakers from, Simple HR, the Wightman Partnership and Graeme Lawson digital marketing who will also contribute to the programme and give you a chance to network with people at the cutting edge of their role in the dental industry.

The programme is delivered monthly and runs for between five and six months. The course comes with CPD accreditation. The dates for the next round of the programme are as follows:

Sessions are held at the Woodside Health Centre seminar room, Barr Street, Glasgow, G20 7LR. Sessions start at 9.30am.
The investment for the complete programme is £995 and includes all the sessions, 1-2-1 support by telephone & email during the programme, materials, refreshments and lunch provided by award winning LA Catering. Payments can be spread over three instalments.
